Erica joined the Law Offices of Ann Marshall Robbeloth, PC as a Legal Assistant in August 2025. She graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Linguistics then received an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies in 2019 from DeAnza College. The following years were spent as a legal administrative assistant learning the intricacies of estate planning. 

Erica understands the peace of mind that comes from future planning. As a Legal Assistant, she assists with funding of assets for estate planning and trust administration clients, notarizing and witnessing execution of estate planning and trust administration documents, and a variety of other case management tasks to provide an excellent experience to our clients.

Erica is a San Jose native who spends her free time going to concerts, lounging at the beach, or playing games with her friends.
