Rachael Phillips

Associate Attorney

Rachael Phillips joined the Law Offices of Ann Marshall Robbeloth in June of 2012 as an Associate Attorney.  Rachael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Colorado College, and received her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.  She has been practicing law since December of 2009. Prior to joining our office, Rachael practiced Family Law.  Rachael handles conservatorship, guardianship, estate planning, trust administration and probate matters. 

Rachael’s trust administration practice includes petitioning the court for trust modifications, creation of revocable and special needs trusts, and other complex trust administration management.  She represents private professional fiduciaries as well as family members in cases which bridge conservatorship and trust administration. She assists her clients to navigate the nuances of special needs planning and benefits preservation.

Rachael lives in Morgan Hill and enjoys hiking and animals.
